Where are you located?

Casa Oona is a private farmland located in Laiya Ibabao, San Juan, Batangas. We are just a short drive away from the famous beaches of Laiya, making it a perfect retreat with easy access to the coast.

How many rooms do you have?

We have 3 kubo accommodations. One kubo has 2 rooms, another is a loft-type kubo with two double-sized beds, and our third, newly constructed kubo has a full-sized bed with a double-sized pullout. In total, Casa Oona can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

What is your overnight rate?

Our rates vary by season and day of the week. During off-peak season, weekday rates (Monday to Thursday) are P10,000, and weekend rates (Friday to Sunday) are P12,000. In the peak season, weekday rates are P12,000, and weekend rates are P14,000. These rates provide exclusive access to the entire property for up to 16 guests.

Do you offer day tours?

Currently, we do not offer day tours. Casa Oona is exclusively available for overnight stays to ensure a private and peaceful experience for our guests.

Do you have beach access?

Casa Oona is a private farmland and does not have direct beach access. However, we are just a short drive away from Club Laiya and other popular beach resorts. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk from our property.

What are your amenities?

Our amenities include a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi, an outdoor bathtub with a shower that’s perfect for Instagram photos, and a pergola where you can lounge, play board games, or enjoy karaoke with our smart TV, speakers, and microphone. We also have a designated cooking area in the pergola with a grill available for BBQ needs.

What time is check-in and checkout?

Check-in is at 2 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM the next day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a no-refund policy. However, guests can rebook their stay with at least 1 week's notice, within the next 3 months, excluding holidays.
